SICK OF SNOW?LET’S START THINKING SPRING!Welcome to Nyssa’s Neighborhood News. We promise to bring you valuable information. Our first spotlight is YOU! Let’s rally round each other to kick the winter blues! Here are some upcoming community events in Happy Valley to help you start thinking Spring even if there’s still snow on the ground. In our first issue, we’d like to introduce you to our Neighborhood friend David Price, Owner of Callao Cafe on W. Aaron Drive. Stop in and say hi and have a cup of coffee on us! Just tell David you saw it in Nyssa’s Neighborhood News. He’ll hook you up! Since our focus is on YOU, what interests you? Who or what would you like us to Spotlight? Be sure to Reply back to us and tell us what you’d like to see in upcoming issues. Our neighbor Sarah told us she wants to get into shape for Spring. So our next issue will Spotlight fitness. And we’ll try to hook you up with a discount! Looking for #thingstodoinstatecollege? Be sure to follow our facebook page where we list many local activities including Penn State sports. And every Friday we list the weekend’s new movie releases. Wondering how the State College real estate market is? In short, it’s great! There are a lot of buyers looking even in all this snow, but very few homes on the market. Even in the luxury home market which is great to see that market coming back. If you know of anyone even thinking of selling, please let us know. There are not enough homes on the market. So now is the time to list! Thanks for reading our first issue. And let us know if we can ever do anything for you. In case you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Ali, Jonathan or Taylor yet, please do so here. |
