And every Friday we list the weekend’s new movie releases. Wondering how the State College real estate market is? In short, it’s great! There are a lot of buyers looking even in all this snow, but very few homes on the market. Even in the luxury home market which is great to see that market coming back. If you know of anyone even thinking of selling, please let us know. There are not enough homes on the market. So now is the time to list! Thanks for reading our first issue.
